Admission Process For New Applicant Non-Centralized

• Visit College website:www.ggdsd.ac.in
• Click the link “Online Admission 2024-25”
• Click on “Apply Now”, fill and upload personal and academic information along with registration fee of Rs. 1100/-(non-refundable)for College & additional Rs. 900/-(non-refundable) for Hostel (if required)
• For registration fee, there are following modes of payment: Internet Banking/Credit Card/ Debit Card /UPI/ Wallets*
• For Uploading the documents, following scanned original certificates are required, so keep those handy (in case of new admission/hostel admission) **:
  • 10th DMC (Marks Sheet)
  • 10+2 DMC (Marks Sheet)
  • Detail marks certificate (DMC) of last exam
  • Character Certificate
  • Migration Certificate
  • Latest COVID Vaccination Certificate
  • Gap Year Certificate (if applicable)
  • Reservation Certificate (if applicable)
  • Voter Card (If available)
  • Sub Category Certificate (One Girl Child, Defence, Cancer Patient, Thalassemia Patient, AIDS Patient, 1984 Riot Victim of Punjab, Sports, Wards of Martyrs/Permanently Disabled of Kargil War, Rural Area Student, Border Area Student, Any Other)**
  • P.U.(CET) Entrance Exam Result(if applicable)**
  • Sports Gradation Certificate from Chandigarh Sports Department(if applicable).
• Applicants will receive a notification regarding the details, in order to deposit the fee*. The applicant shall have to deposit the fee within 24 Hours. Thereafter, the applicant will receive the confirmation of his/her admission (once the fee is received)
• Admission will be granted for the applied course and the hostel (if required) on merit basis. ONLY ONE FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED PER COURSE.
• All the admitted applications are required to submit the Anti-Ragging Undertaking online at the Anti-Ragging Web Portal of Government of India (www.antiragging.in) and submit the unique ID/copy of undertaking generated online in the college office.
